New Year Financial Clearing
for Abundance
People ask… What is an Energy Clearing? Subconscious DNA Energy Clearing is the simplest and quickest way to access the subconscious mind through breath, work, clearing out any negative, limiting beliefs and/or subconscious programs and blocks at the DNA level. Once you clear these blocks, you will open the channels of Manifestation by raising your vibration.

Manifestation Tip: Future pacing
Future pacing is telling yourself the truth in advance. There are multiple ways to do this, and we suggest you do this at least once a day.
Visualize and emotionally feel what it is that you want as if it’s already happened… it’s like watching a little clip of a movie of yourself living your desire or dream. Sit in a comfortable and quiet space, close your eyes, and set your timer for 68 seconds and start your movie.
This is very quick and extremely powerful! Reprogramming your subconscious mind is the key. Once your subconscious mind Believes you “Voila” things will happen! The simplicity and power of this exercise will blow your mind… Try it and see!

Raise your vibration!
Everything is energy and vibration. The best way to get out of a slump is to raise your vibration, be grateful and connect to your higher power. This section of our newsletter will provide some simple methods to do just that!
Take control of your life outcome and results by raising your vibration… Here are a few ways to do this:
“I’M EXCITEDS”!!! Stand up and as vigorously as you can, jump up and down three times and scream out, “I’M EXCITED”!!!! with all of your might. This will instantly raise your Vibration and change your physiological State. It takes about five seconds.
Listen to high vibe upbeat music, one example is Jerusalema or Happy with Pharrell Williams
Engage in short bursts of activity for 30 seconds like jumping rope, skipping, running or doing jumping jacks, cartwheels or a few quick dance moves.
Lift your Mood with these Five Delicious Mood-Boosting Foods
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, maintaining a positive mood can sometimes be challenging. of my abundance”.
Repeat this affirmation frequently throughout the day and month.
A very powerful adjunct is to light a long burning candle to amplify the Vibration of your Mantra. We suggest white candles for this activity.
